As a lifelong resident of Center City Philadelphia, Martin Goldfarb has observed and experienced the growth of Philly neighborhoods first hand and uses that knowledge to educate his clients on market trends and pricing strategies. Since 1997, Goldfarb's family has vacationed at the Jersey Shore and eventually made Cape May their home away from home in 2015. Martin's luxury real estate practice spans from Cape May, NJ (Exit 0) to Center City Philadelphia, University City, Northwest Philadelphia, and The Main Line.
